Siemens believes that effective service support to its supplied equipment is the most critical aspect to guaranteeing equipment reliability, availability and overall asset integrity to its customers. “Equipment downtime costs money”. In an effort to give our customers a more focused approach to its business, Siemens decided to integrate its service portfolio from its main service sectors into one new Service Division in support of the ever growing Energy sector.
From our Abuja office Siemens Energy Service Division focuses mainly on the Utility sector covering Power Plants. A major part of our service offering is the supply and management of Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA). Apart of LTSAs we provide the standard case by case service. Here we work closely with the customer to plan the service measures in time and to find the optimum solution based on the current situation.
